Dear Clients,

As we approach the end of the year and look towards 2018, we would like to thank every one of you for your patronage, whether you've been a loyal client for years or have just recently entrusted us to be your go-to Barbershop. 2018 marks our eighth year in business. We opened up in 2010, and I could never have imagined I would still be here almost ten years later serving in this great community. 
For the past eight years, we have charged the same rates for the average walk-in haircuts, in spite of rising costs of operations, maintenance and a significant renovation in 2016. As much as we would like to continue providing the same service at the current rate, I find that we cannot. However, I believe that I have come up with a way to keep the basic services at their currents prices but to also categorize the services into separate tiers. 
EFFECTIVE January 1, 2018, we will be categorizing our Walk-In Services into three different tiers; Basic, Sharp, and Clean. To explain this as simple as possible... 

Basic is for the clients that just want to be in and out, are not too meticulous and do not care for the razor finish. 
Sharp is for the clients that like the extra sharp look that only a razor can do, and that includes the hot towel upon request. 
Clean is for the clients that love the razor detailing and a wash and style on top of that so that they can leave the shop without worry. 

**Booksy clients** 
1. Starting January 1st 2018, COREY's price list on Booksy will remain the same except the discounted combination service. 
2. Starting December 1st 2017, JASON's price list on Booksy will reflect the new tiers. In the most recent months, my availability has decreased, and it's been tough keeping up with everyone's appointment requests. And looking to 2018 and beyond I expect to have less time at the shop to be there for my family and to put more effort into the store with staffing, managerial, and marketing needs.
This will ease the flow, and I believe we will operate more efficiently and give you an option of a more relaxing quality experience, should you choose to leave "sharp" or "clean."
